Your payment and ticket are managed by the event’s ticket provider. Artifact Portal verifies payment from signed receipts. Luma sends your actual ticket and QR by email and manages admission and door check-in. Opening checkout or returning here does not confirm payment.

Use your verified Portal email at checkout. If you bought using a different email, choose Change email and verify that address to find the booking. Do not pay again if you already have a confirmation.

Buying admission does not add Portal Vibe Tokens or VibeLink venue Tokens. Marketing permission is optional and is not required to buy a ticket.
